Damon has been a licensed Real Estate Broker for over 30 years. He chose to affiliate himself with STANBERRY & ASSOCIATES, because Bill Stanberry has a sterling reputation in the real estate business.

Damon has served in the past as a member of the Elgin ISD school board, the Elgin Volunteer Fire Department, He is a past president of the Elgin Chamber of Commerce, and the Bastrop County Board of Realtors. He is presently serving as president of The Community Cupboard, which is Elgins food pantry, and is a member of the Board of Commissioners for the Bastrop-Travis Counties Emergency Services District # 1, which is the taxing entity that provides funding for the Elgin and McDade VFD's.
